She's a girl: I'm the one whom I wanted to be!
What I'm listening to now!
"Her face is a map of the world
You can see she's a beautiful girl
She's a beautiful girl
And everything around her is a silver pool of light
The people who surround her feel the benefit of it
It makes you calm
She holds you captivated in her palm
You can hear she's a beautiful girl
She's a beautiful girl
She fills up every corner like she's born in black and white
Makes you feel warmer when you're trying to remember
What you heard
She likes to leave you hanging on her word"

I feel like I don't know myself sometimes, like I forgot how I was before under certain circumstances, and then I see that I can act in different ways, and be someone else, or maybe it's me being able to act different, cause a lot of people are not flexible as we all know.
They say a bamboo with a Buddha statue underneath is a symbol of luck. I remember reading "Siddhartha" by "Hermann Hesse" when I was 16 or so in Persian, I bought it in English a few months ago, and every time I wanted to read it there was something inside me not letting me go beyond a couple of lines...
I think to be awakened (Buddha means awakened in word) is to fight with our inner resistances, and find our strength inside, maybe we all need a little reminder of ourselves every now and then.
As I watch my bamboo today, growing strong, I see why I never got a Buddha statue, maybe I needed to see it inside me, on a day like today, and start reading the book!
